I know I'm really quiet and I don't upload much. I have been job hunting and freelancing these past few months like crazy, and not many of the things I design is really worth mentioning, mostly annual reports. But this morning while doing research, I got an idea for a youtube account.
Now bare with me here.
I want to make an account or channel where I post videos on how I draw or paint, but I want people to video respond with suggestions on techniques and ideas and then I respond to them as well when they ask how do I do this or that. The idea is not to show off how we can paint and draw but to have a connection between artists where we share secrets, tips and tricks in relation to what the one asks of the other.
Let's say I start where I make a drawing of a dog and I just randomly go on about what I'm doing. Somewhere along the line I hit a snag and I seem to have trouble drawing the dog's eyes (off the top of my head)... then someone gives a video response to how they think I might be able to pull off those pesky eyes.
In their video, they remark that they have real trouble drawing/painting noses of cats/humans/hippos whatever, and the I, or someones completely random gives video about how to do that and so on and so forth...
Do you guys think something like that could work or is it a little too much for now?
Let me know.
